URGENT - PLEASE HELP WITH SAVVY'S VETERINARIAN COSTS

Meet Savvy - this little sweetie was abandoned, and was not only

flea-infested, dehydrated, very nervous, drenched with the rain storm, she was not reported lost, so I guess she was dumped. As she has no tattoo, collar or identification of any kind we had no contact for her and had to move forward with her life and death surgery. We nicknamed her Savvy after she had settled in. Her mouth was so infected that time was not on our side!

Savvy required immediate dental surgery: 21 teeth to be removed due

to the fact the infected, rotted teeth were draining toxins into her tummy, causing her to vomit. The ripple effect caused her weight to be down. Whomever is responsible is of course not very responsible at all. We are just happy to have been there at the right time to help this little gal pal, to some degree...I can't imagine that someone didn't ask for help sooner, to not have picked up the phone and call for help...the agony Savvy must have gone through over these years...when she first came in she went to demolish the food dish but screamed with agony as her gums started to bleed. Well she is in great hands now and we hope you can help with her medical costs. Below is a picture of some of her rotten teeth that were removed. She only has 2 healthy teeth left. That's okay - we are giving her lots of love and attention, affection and plenty of wet food that is gentle on her little mouth.

Remember all donations help us continue to assist animals like Savvy!

All donations are tax deductible and go straight to the animals in need.

Above the rotten teeth taken from poor little Savvy

Hard to imagine so many teeth and such poor shape. Better days ahead and lots of love

Ellwood, Walker's mascot for over 10 years was taken January 12th, and returned anonymously two days later. He was very shaken up and traumatized by the event, and never really recovered. Ellwood died early in March. He will be missed.
